Houston, April 15 (IANS) The Houston Rockets crushed the Sacramento Kings 121-100 in the team’s regular National Basketball Association (NBA) season home finale.
James Harden scored 29 points and nine assists Sunday night to help the playoff-bound Rockets climb to sixth place in the Western Conference, reports Xinhua.
The team has the same record as Golden State but own the tiebreaker after winning the season series with the Warriors 3-1.
Jeremy Lin contributed 11 points during a decisive third quarter and finished with 15 for the Rockets.
Carlos Delfino scored 14 points, Omer Asik recorded a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds, and Chandler Parsons added 13 points and five assists for the Rockets.
Travis Outlaw led the Kings with 15 points and Cole Aldrich added 12 points.
