New Delhi, April 13 (IANS) It was a sunny Saturday morning in the capital, with minimum temperature settling at 21.4 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season’s average. The met department has forecast light rain later in the day.
“The sky would be partly cloudy in the day. Thunder development or light rainfall is likely in some areas of the city,” said an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 35 degrees Celsius, the IMD official added.
Humidity recorded at 8.30 a.m. was 48 percent.
Friday’s maximum temperature settled at 35.6 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of year, while the minimum temperature settled at three notches above average at 23.3 degrees Celsius
