New Delhi, April 11 (IANS) Manchester United Soccer School (MUSS) in association with Amity Schools will organise a five day ‘Player Development Programme’ from April 10-14 at the Amity International School, Pushp Vihar, for students in the 6-15 age group.
MUSS head coach Chris O’ Brien, Amity University Chancellor and Amity United Football Club president Aseem Chauhan kick-started the programme Thursday with over 135 participants at the school grounds.
Chauhan said that with these sorts of initiatives, genuine talents should come out of India.
O’ Brien said that the programme is one of the largest of its kind in India and it is a great opportunity for them to work with these talented players in order to coach them on how to play the Manchester United way. He shared his dream to train and empower every interested player in India to play football.
