Los Angeles, April 6 (IANS) Hollywood actress Halle Berry is said to be pregnant. The baby, rumoured to be a boy, will be her second child, this time with actor-fiance Olivier Martinez.
“Berry is three months pregnant and expecting a boy,” TMZ website reported.
The 46-year-old already has a daughter, Nahla, five, with her ex-boyfriend, Canadian model Gabriel Aubry.
After a lengthy and bitter battle for custody, Berry and Aubry finally reached an agreement in November.
Berry and Martinez have been engaged since January 2012. Martinez was the former lover of Kylie Minogue. They split in 2007 after five years.
Berry had previously admitted she loves being a relatively older mother.
“I’m a much better mother at 46, or 41 when I had her, than if I were 21 or 25. I was just a little baby, just trying to figure it out, trying to figure out who I was, let alone have the responsibility of trying to help another little soul develop and grow. I’m so glad I waited,” said Berry.
Last year, Berry revealed her daughter was keen to become a big sister.
“Every night, we do our prayers, and Nahla says, ‘God, please bring me a bunk bed and a baby sister’. And I say, ‘I can do one of those things, I know for sure. The other one, we’ve got to keep praying on,” she had said.
