Jammu, April 12 (IANS) Four people were killed and a dozen others injured, two of them critically, when a minibus rolled down a mountainous road in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir Friday, police said.
“The injured were taken to Kishtwar district hospital, where doctors described the condition of two as critical,” police said.
The critically injured were air-lifted to Government Medical College, Jammu for specialised treatment.
Manzoor Ahmad, a shopkeeper in Kishtwar, told IANS: “The road where the accident happened is in very bad shape. Many roads in this mountainous district are in poor condition with government paying no attention to maintaining them.”
