London, April 3 (IANS) Emma Willis is replacing former host Brian Dowling to anchor the 14th season of “Big Brother”. She is excited.
Emma, who earlier hosted “Big Brother’s Bit on the Side”, will take over “Big Brother” and “Celebrity Big Brother” starting from the upcoming season, reports thesun.co.uk.
“I am thrilled to have been offered this job. I’m a fan first and foremost. So to be able to front the show is going to be amazing. Roll on the summer,” said Emma.
The news was officially announced by Channel 5.
“Emma is a natural on screen, she’s made the spin off show her own. Now the time is totally right for her to step up,” said Ben Frow, director of programmes, Channel 5.
