Delhi gets hospital for orthopaedics, spine and rheumatology

New Delhi, April 24 (IANS) The capital Wednesday got a state of the art hospital dedicated to orthopaedics, spine and rheumatology.

The Nova Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital was launched by Nova Medical Centres at Nehru Enclave in south Delhi here.

A hospital spokesperson said it would bring together world-renowned specialists and state-of-the-art technology and extensive ancillary services under one roof.

The hospital would cover the entire range of musculoskeletal disorders: joint replacements, spinal surgery, sports medicine and arthroscopy, paediatric orthopaedics, trauma and rehabilitation.

The operation theatres contain a c-arm for a 360-degree view and 3D imaging for diagnostic and surgical intervention.

Suresh Soni, chairman and CEO of Nova Medical Centres, said: “Our commitment to excellence in orthopaedic care starts with making sure we deliver outstanding results through innovation and experience.”
