Rio de Janeiro, April 6 (IANS) Brazil international center-back Dede has reportedly agreed in principle to a three-year deal with AC Milan.
The 24-year-old has accepted a salary offer of 2.5 million euros a year from AC Milan football director Adriano Galliani, Lancenet reported Friday.
The deal now hinges on talks between Rossoneri officials and Dede’s club Vasco da Gama, who are understood to be seeking six million euros for the sale.
Dede, who has won six international caps for Brazil, has also attracted interest from Juventus, Manchester United and Liverpool.
Last month Vasco da Gama coach Paulo Autuori admitted the club was likely to lose Dede during the European summer transfer window.
