New Delhi, April 4 (IANS) It’ll be a treat for Indie music lovers when 12 bands would compete here from Saturday.
The competition “Battle of Bands” is organised under competition name Delhi Indie Nights and will take place across four Saturdays of this month at Cafe 27.
Out of 60 entries, 12 bands have been shortlisted for the competiton. They are: The Alibi, Our Hour, Route 3, Reuben Cheriyan, The Vinyl Records, The Underknowns, The F16’S, Pilgrim, The Incredible Mindfunk, The Last Puff, The Riot Peddlers and Tarik.
Each Saturday, groups of four will perform, out of which one will be the winner.
The final three will compete for the title on the fourth Saturday of April.
The competition is being organised by Andy Dodd and Nathan Steele, who popularise Indie pop music across the capital.
