Baghdad, April 19 (IANS) At least 27 people, including children and women, were killed and 51 wounded Thursday evening when a bomb struck a cafe in this Iraqi capital city, police said.
The bombing attack took place in Al Ameriyah neighbourhood in west Baghdad, Xinhua quoted a police source as saying.
Violence has increased recently in the Iraqi cities ahead of the provincial polls scheduled for Saturday.
