Islamabad, April 5 (IANS) Eighteen people, including 14 militants, were killed in clashes in Pakistan’s tribal area of Khyber Agency Friday, Xinhua reported.
The clashes broke out in the afternoon when some unidentified militants attacked troops in Tirah Valley area of the Khyber Agency, a militancy-hit tribal area on Pakistan-Afghan border.
In retaliatory attack, security personnel killed 14 militants and pounded five hideouts, said the report.
