Mumbai, March 31 (IANS) The Indian women’s cricket team will play Bangladesh in a Twenty20 International and One-Day International (ODI) series in April, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced Sunday.
The first T20I will be played at Baroda’s Reliance Sports Complex April 2.
Bangladesh will be led by Salma Khatun and Ossie Priyaraj Weerasinghe will be coaching the side while the hosts will be captained by Harmanpreet Kaur and coached by Tushar Arothe.
Both the teams will practice at the match venue Monday.
The three-match T20I series will be played at Baroda April 2, 4 and 5. The three-match ODI series will be played at the Sardar Patel Gujarat Stadium, Motera, Ahmedabad, April 8, 10 and 12.
