Hamirpur: In a dreadful incident, a minor deaf and dumb girl was allegedly raped by her father in Gajoh village of Hamirpur District of Himachal Pradesh.
According to police, the happening was brought to light when 17-year-old victim’s mother broke out about the heinous crime.
Mother of the victim complained that her husband had raped their daughter on the night of January 25, police said. The mother informed that the girl complained of stomach pain to her, after which she narrated the entire incident to her via sign language.
The accused father has been arrested and further probes are on.
