Shimla : The weatherman has forecast snow and rain from this weekend even as it was a sunny but chilly day across Himachal Pradesh .
According to the latest forecast a fresh western disturbance will affect the state and will bring wet weather across the state on Feb 3 and Feb 4 .
While the state capital Shimla saw a minimum temperature of 1 C . It was minus 2 C in Manali ,minus 5.5 C in Kalpa and a bone chilling minus 15 C in Keylong headquarters of lahaul & Spiti .
