Shimla : Clouds gathered after many days at many places across Himachal Pradesh Wednesday including at the popular tourist destinations of Shimla and Manali .
Manali was colder with the cold winds blowing from the snow clad high mountains . While the temperature settled a couple of notches above normal at partly cloudy Shimla at 20 C .
The weather man has forecast rain or snow at a few places over Jammu & Kashmir and at one or two places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand . While weather would remain dry over the rest of India .
