New Delhi : DMK leader and Rajya Sabha MP Kanimozhi and five others accused in the 2G spectrum scam were Tuesday evening released from Tihar jail, where they were lodged for over six months.
“They have been released,” Sunil Gupta, Tihar jail spokesperson, said.
Kanimozhi and four others were granted bail by Delhi High Court Monday. Another accused Shahid Balwa, of Swan Telecom, was given bail by a CBI special court Tuesday.
