Shimla : Police have found 160 crates of liquor after following a pick up vehicle in Shimla district .
When the police closed in on the driver he abandoned the vehicle in the dark near Dargi on the Sunni road , some 35 km from the state capital .
“A case under the excise act has been registered at the Dhalli police station ,†said Sonal Agnihotri , S.P.Shimla .
