Dharamsala : Lobsang Sangay, successor to the Dalai Lama was sworn in as the prime minister of the Tibetan government-in-exile Monday in a Buddhist monastery in Dharamsala,northern India.
The ceremony took place at 9 A.M. and was attended by the Dalai Lama and a large number of Tibetans refugees gathered here from all over the world.
Sangay,43,is a product of the Harvard law school.
