Shimla: The cabinet that was presided over by chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal decided to recommend to speaker Tulsi Ram for convening the monsoon session of the state assembly from August 23 to 30. In the house is to hold six sittings for the session.
Crucial bills about Right to Service and a bill for confiscating properties acquired through corrupt means are expected to be tabled in the monsoon session. The Right to Service Bill is intended to ensure delivery of certain state services within a stipulated time frame.
