This is about the misbehavior and irregularities I faced during my travel from Manali to Delhi by bus no. MH 04 G 4762 on 15.01.2011.
1) Mineral water was not given to passengers. When I asked they said, go out and buy for yourself, we never provide mineral water.
2) Bus stopped at a dhaba named ANNAPURNA for dinner. They didn’t had price list for what they had. Bill was not provided despite being asked for.
