Shimla: Tata DOCOMO has extended the 1 paisa per second tariff on roaming beyond Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana to Delhi. The tariff would be applicable on for receiving and making calls from any network to Tata DOCOMO subscribers, said a Tata Teleservices communiqué.
The offer will enable all Tata DOCOMO subscribers in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana to make and receive calls while ‘roaming’ in Delhi at the existing tariff of 1 paisa per second-on any network, on mobile or landline phones.
The roaming offer is applicable to both pre-paid and post-paid subscribers and to avail this offer, Tata DOCOMO subscribers will need no special packs or pay any hidden charges.
“This offer has been launched to meet the requirement of daily commuters from Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana to Delhi, even though Tata DOCOMO has not launched services in Delhi,” said Aditya Gupta, Tata DOCOMO’s operations head for Haryana, Punjab and HP.
“We have always believed that in a market that is cluttered with many operators and confusing options, it is our simplicity and transparency that will liberate subscribers and bring to them a refreshingly different telecom experience,” said Gupta.
