Shimla: While the state government has been harping upon making Himachal Pradesh a hub for obtaining quality higher education, it came as a rude shock to learn that in the 2009-10 batch there were only 102 students who appeared for the BA III Honour’s Examination, the result for which was declared today.
The Himachal Pradesh University controller of examination today announced that of the 102 students who appeared for the examination as many as 96 had passed.
On the other hand there were as many as 24,017 students who had appeared for the BA Pass Course examination for the year of which 18,411 were declared to have passed a few days ago.
