Dharamshala:Â Six passengers were sustained steam injuries as bus carrying them suddenly met with a peculiar mishap
when its radiator cap exploded near Army Cant here today. A private bus on its way to Mclodganj from here this afternoon suddenly met with a strange mishap when dry radiator cap exploded out and gushed cloud of hot steam on pasasngers sitting in the bus while it was on the uphill.
Six passengers including four women badly burned with hot steam in the bus and many other receive minor burn injures. After the mishap all the injured were rushed to Dr. Rajinder Prasad Medical College Tanda for treatment.
The injureds are identified as Amichand (60), Veena Devi (40), Seema Devi (16), Sukaniya (16), Rekha (32) and Aman.
The conditions of all the passngers were reported critical and police has registered the case against the negligent bus staff.
