Organic farming is very much more viable proposition since the Himachal Pradesh Farmers are following traditional way of farming and by default they donot use organic chemical and if at all chemical control has been carried out on any vegetable or fruit crop that has been done intelligently and at a stage when the residues of pesticides donot remain on the end produce., I have more than 40 years experience in the state of Himachal, I now that our fruit and vegetable growers are far more read and intelligent to practice pest management , where needed.
