Himachal government took up the issue of strengthening the Central Research Institute (CRI) Kasauli with the Central Government so as to protect the interests of the employees of the Institute and further enhancing effectiveness in its functioning, a spokesman said.
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India has assured the Himachal Government of extending all possible help in this regard and was looking forward to restructure CRI, Kasauli. He further added that the central government also plans to expand the laboratory facility at CRI.
