Mankotia spit venom against Chief Minister

NAHAN : While addressing workers of Bahujan Samaj Party [BSP] at the Badripur Shiv Mandir Dharamshala Hall at Paonta today, Major Vijay Singh Mankotia, Congress rebel former minister and now state Convenor of BSP spit venom against Chief Minister Vir Bhadra Singh and leveled numerous allegations against him including some of the charges not possible to be published in these columns.

Mankotia claimed that the Congress and BJP would get defeated in the forth coming assembly elections in the state. He announced that he will prove before the people of Himachal Pradesh that there was a secret pact between BJP and Congress in the State. He alleged that as per the indications he was receiving from the different parts of the state ‘Congress Party was now no more a political force which can assume power again’, he attributed this ‘bad condition’ of Congress party to its leadership in the state ‘facing numerous allegations’.

Addressing a district level ‘Sarv Samaj Bhaichara Banou’ workers meet of BSP, Mankotia announced that from the 4th of September next, BSP would launch a state wide campaign, ‘Parivertan’, from Rohru assembly segment of upper Shimla and would conclude in Bamsan assembly constituency of Hamirpur. Although he tried to rag Congress and BJP on many issues but ultimately his centre of criticism was Chief Minister. He called upon BSP workers to make every effort to bring BSP in power in the state.

On this occasion Man Singh Manhera, National General Secretary of BSP, Arjun Gurjjar, BSP MLA from Chachrolli [Haryana] and several other party leaders addressed the gathering. Earlier Mankotia received grand welcome from the BSP workers on his arrival at Paonta.
