BSP LEADER MAYAWATI TO VISIT HIMACHAL

BSP to contest all 68 Assembly seats in Himachal Pradesh                                   (Ex)

Bahujan Samaj Party [BSP], politically little known in Himachal Pradesh has announced to field its candidates for all 68 Assembly seated in the forth coming Assembly elections in next year in the state.

Mr. Man Singh Manhera announced that to make broad base of his party in Himachal Pradesh party would start a statewide public agitation in the month of June this year to raise burning public issues, problems faced by the people. He announced that in the month of September party supremo Mayawati would also visit the state. He said that Himachal government owns over one crore and 78 acres of land but was hesitant to give sufficient land to the poor and down trodden people to earn their livelihood.

He paid floral tributes to Baba Sahib Bhim Rao Ambedkar. On this occasion Mr. Balwant Singh, party president of Himachal unit said that party had shown its strength in the several area of the state and hoped to get full support from Bahujan Samaj for its political agenda.

Mr. Davender Singh Sippa was appointed district President of Sirmour unit of BSP and Bhupender Singh, President, Sirmour Truck Operator Union, Paonta was appointed State President of BSP Transport Cell by Mr. Manhera who announced it in public.
