Two weeks ago, I was at Manali from Bengal. When I was stayed there, temperature falls -1c. And visited Rohtang Pass with -11c. Naturally, there was a perfect situatuation for snowfall. But visited at Manali, I have feeled it is in some how conjusted. Request to all who are lives in Manali, don’t make it Darjeeling which is now so conjusted and heavy traffic presures.
