Jammu: Education head of Jammu KJ Soodan was lucky to escaped unhurt in an accident when an oncoming rash vehicle (a Matador with No JK 02 BE) rammed into the the vehicle he was travelling in on Monday.
Soodan along with a team of other education officer were on their way back from a field visit when the accident took place at Talab Road in the city.
Despite a rush hour, the driver of the oncoming vehicle did retrieve the vehicle and along with the occupants managed to flee from the accident site.
Police have registered a complaint and have lodged a manhunt for the vehicle driver.
