Quite a heart-warming news! A photograph of such public enemies alongside the news should be in order. This reminds us of Drug Controller of China (the top guy) who was executed immediatly by the death squad after the Chinese court found him primarily responsible for infamous baby milk adultration scam that hit the country a few years ago.

Conviction is OK but still what about the stand of HP Govt? Today’s newspaper quote a top official’s statement that the govt will examine whether the convict will remain on his present post or not.
