Shimla: A western disturbance is approaching in Himachal Pradesh due to which
1) Light to moderate rainfall/snowfall will occur at many places in Himachal Pradesh from 30th to 31st Dec 2010.
2) Light to moderate rainfall/snow will occur at few places in Himachal Pradesh on 29th Dec 2010.
3) Light to moderate rainfall/snow will occur at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh on 28th Dec 2010.
4) Snowfall is likely to occur at the tourist places like Narkanda, Manali, Rohtang Pass, Kufri, Shimla etc in addition to the high reaches of Himachal Places.
Heavy rainfall and snowfall is likely to occur at isolated places from mid night of 29th to night of 30th Dec 2010.
