Shimla: As per Himachal government press release , Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services (HPAS) etc. Combined Competitive (Preliminary) examination, 2008 would be conducted in the examination centers located at Shimla, Solan, Mandi, Dharamsala, Nahan and Una on 5th July, 2009 from 10.00 AM to 12.00 noon and 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM respectively and the call letters are being issued to the concerned separately.
The candidates who do not receive the same by 1st July, 2009 may contact the H.P. Public Service Commission’s Office, Nigam Vihar, Shimla during working days from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM.

First thing is that u r not eligible.In HPAS exam only graduate person apply….
What are requirements for giving this exam means one must be graduate and what is the syllabus.

To be appeared in this exam, you must be graduate & have knowledge of h.p. customs etc. You need to choose two subjects from the given list .Hindi,english,g.k.,essay are the compulsary subjects.
