Anurag for one-rank one-pension formula

Shimla: Anurag Thakur, Member Parliament, Lok Sabha has urged the Central Government to implement one-rank one-pension formula, in Parliament Session under Rule 377.

He said that although after the recommendations of the 5th Pay Commission the then Defence Minister of India has constituted a special Committee to sort out the issue, however, even after implementation of the 6th Pay commission the issue is still hanging fire.

He said that recently also the Chief Minister had raised the issue afresh in the 28th meeting of the Kendriya Sainik Board, New Delhi fighting for justice to our soldiers by according pensionary uniformity to them.

Thakur said that it would go a long way in enabling the serving as well as the retired soldiers to lead a financially secure and comfortable life in the society.

      Dear Dasgupta,

Lets forget OROP, since no decision is taken on the same.

My point is bank are disbursing less pension than entitled, due to ignorance of rules.

If you want to get your pension checked please feel free to call or write.
