C. Palrasu, Deputy Commissioner, Lahaul and Spiti informed today that 10 persons including two foreigners were rescued from Sarechu to Keylong and district administration was making all out efforts to rescue the stranded people besides dropping essential items.
He said that control rooms have been set up at Sarechu, Keylong and Koksar for providing information and added that Tehsildar has been deputed at Koksar to monitor rescue operation.
