Himachal Chief Minister, Virbhadra Singh today launched the web edition of Giriraj Weekly. The weekly was being brought out since the last 29 years regularly by the Information and Public relation department of Himachal. He said that the Audio, Video News Clips of important programmes and events had been made available on the Website in order to facilitate both print and electronic media.

It is heartening to know that GIRIRAJ WEEKLY is now available on internet.It would help pace of iformatization of rural people & speed up development process in the state . Right now there are some far flung areas where reach & access of newspaper is still a dream however community computer set would make available GIRIRAJ to them to make people fully infomed about Govt policies decisions etc .

most humbly i want to know why the old editionsof girirajweekly has been removed from giriraj,s site . in my opinion it is a great loss to the readers of girirajweekly.in many ways or many reason these were very importent to we people . hope that this issu will be re-concidered by the consrened aouthrity .

Dear Sir,
In the past I have written several articles in Giriraj and special one for your special edition on the completion of 25 years of Giriraj publication. Till today I do not find any reason that why Giriraj has not e edition in Hindi like other papers. Some contents and articles are week I think due to the policy of Govt. These days I am not writing for Giriraj due to lack of time but definetly I will try my best in feature.
