Tourist Boy Dies By Falling Into Kullu – Manikaran Hot Spring

Kullu: Tragedy hit a tourist family who were visiting Kullu valley on Thursday when their 6 year old son slipped and fell into boiling waters of the natural hot spring at Manikaran. The boy lost his live in the accident.
Shalini Agnihotri, district police chief disclosed that the boy namely Gopal S/o Late Shailender R/o VPO Rajond Distt Kethal, (Haryana) was having bath with his mother Mukesh in hot water pool (Kund) of Gurudawara at Manikaran around at  3:59 PM.
But suddenly the boy lost his control and slipped from the hands of his mother and fell in boiling water pool (Kund). Though immediately locals rescued the boy and brought him out of pool but couldn’t save his life.
Agnihotri said that a case had been registered at Manikaran police station. Inquiry of death u/s 174 Cr.PC was being conducted by police.
