New Delhi, April 21 (IANS) Delhi woke to a cloudy Sunday, and the weatherman predicts relief from heat in the national capital as there are chances of rain.
“The sky will remain partly cloudy, light rain may occur intermittently,” an India Meteorological Department official said.
Maximum temperature during the day is likely to be around 36 degrees Celsius. This will be lower than the maximum of 38.6 degrees Celsius recorded Saturday, which was a notch above average.
Minimum temperature early Sunday was a notch above average at 23.8 degrees Celsius.
