Kolkata, April 9 (IANS) Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi said Tuesday that he was not a politician and was apolitical.
“I am not a politician. I am an apolitical person,” Modi remarked at an interface with business captains here in response to a query about his prime ministerial ambitions.
Modi, recently elevated to the Bharatiya Janata Party’s parliamentary board, is widely touted as the party’s prime ministerial candidate for the 2014 Lok Sabha election.
