    Mr Roy,
    Heartiest congratulations.
Having interacted with you a few times, I am confident that under your dynamic leadership, the standard of governanace will undergo a sea change .It is indeed commendable that two key sectors of Tourism and Pollution Control Board have been retained by you.I am sure you will bring about the much desired effectiveness in the working of PCB and weed out all dead wood and corrupt elements from there who allowed Industrial Units to play havoc and they have closed their eyes. Surely this reform would be perhaps your most significant contribution to Himachal Pradesh apart for other expectations which people have from you.You must have zero tolerance for corruption and non- performance especially in All India services.Do let me know if I can help you in this crusade.
