1400 jobs up for grabs at Himachal job fair

Shimla : A job fair will take place in Nahan town of Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh .
The fair will help the youth to get 1400 jobs in the private sector , a spokesman of the state government said here today .
It is being organised by the department of labour and employment from 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. at Chougan ground .
“The private sector employers of Sirmaur district will participate in this job fair to recruit 5 th , 8 th , 10 th and 10 plus 2 pass and ITI pass candidates in the trades of fitter , electrician , electronics among others ,†the spokesman said .
The job fair vacancies are open to the age group of 18 to 35 years and more than 1400 vacancies have been notified by private sector employers .
The spokesman said the eligible candidates can participate in the job fair along with marksheets , certificates , including employment exchange registeration card in original with photo copies and also three pasport size photographs .
