Shimla : Looks like policemen are blind to beggars on Shimla’s Mall street , ragged beggar boys have been harassing tourists and locals for some days now , walkers on the Mall , walkers told the Hill Post .
Some of the regular walkers on the Mall have been complaining of some urchin boys who tug at their clothes and ask for money .
There have been incidents where people have refused to hand over money but in turn have been hurled with abuse by the rogue boys who soon melt away into the crowd and the police fails to nab them , a local newspaper report said Thursday .
