Shimla : Rainfall from 1 June to 26 Sept has been 730 mm rainfall , which is 8 per cent less than normal but falls in the normal rainfall range , the weather man said here Monday .
Kinnaur, Kullu and Una districts received excess rainfall while Solan and Lahaul Spiti districts had deficient rain , while the rest of the state received normal rainfall , the metrological department said .
The weather office has also confirmed withdrawal of the southwest monsoon from the entire state including Jammu & Kashmir , Uttarakhand , Delhi and remaining parts of Punjab , Haryana and some parts of West Uttar Pradesh .
The withdrawal line passes through Bareilly , Agra , Sawai Madhopur , Udaipur , Deesa , Porbandar . Last year the monsoon had withdrawn on 28 Sept from Himachal and these regions .
