Shimla: Vice-chancellor ADN Bajpai on Wednesday announced a four day election schedule, starting from 16th August to the students central association (SCA) body at HPU and college students central association (CSCA) in 97 affiliated colleges.
Making the announcement the vice-chancellor stated that voter lists would be displayed on 16th August, objections can be filed till mid-day on 17th August and the voter list would be finalised by the evening on the same day.
Nominations would open up on 18th August, scrutiny and withdrawals would be concluded the same day and by evening names of final contestants would be displayed.
Polling would take place upto 2 p.m. on 20th August and by evening results would be declared, said Bajpai.
