Just why the ambassador of a Hezbollah-infested Syria is suddenly interested in Himachal University of all the universities, and that too Kullu, which is infested with narcotic consumers and escapees from Israel? Hezbollah and Israel have fought bitter, inconclusive wars and the State here must ensure that HP does nor become an another extended theatre of war, espionage and machinations of the Middle East conflict. Also, H.P. is on target of ISI which has more or less failed jihadi terror in border states of Punjab, J&K and Gujarat. It may all sound bit alarmist, but it is better to err on the side of caution.
