Apple doesn’t need any description as it is one of the most widely cultivated fruits in the world. Apple has got its origin in central Asia, where its wild ancestors are still found. Health value of apple is immense. In the following write-up, we will tell you how to use apple for skin care.
SKIN CARE WITH APPLE
FOR SUNBURNT SKIN
Grate the apple and then add a teaspoon of glycerin to it. Apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water. This helps to remove tanned skin.
TIRED AND UNDERNOURISHED SKIN
Take 2 teaspoons of apple pulp and mix it with 2 spoons of mashed papaya. Add a teaspoon of fresh cream and a teaspoon of china clay to it. Apply the mixture to a clean face and leave for 15 minutes. Wash off with cold water for a healthy looking skin.
FOR RETAINING YOUTHFULNESS
Regular consumption of apple with milk promotes health and help in retaining youthfulness by keeping skin healthy and bright.
