Parwanoo truck union increases freight charges by 4 %

Shimla: Passing on the impact of the increase in retail prices of diesel, the Parwanoo truck operators union announced an increase of 4 percent in carriage charges with immediate effect.

President of the union Hardeep Singh said that at a meeting of the union’s working committee it was decided to increase the fares by 4 percent. “An increase had become necessary as the diesel prices were increased,” he said.

Rakesh Bansal, secretary of Parwanoo industries association said that transportation cost of manufactured goods had been impacted by the hike in fuel prices.

Freight charges for a truck load from Parwanoo to Delhi which was Rs 9150 has been increased to 9500, between Parwanoo-Nodia it has been increased from Rs 9900/- to Rs 10,300 and from Parwanoo to Lucknow, which was Rs 20,100 stands increased to Rs 20,900/-, the truck union committee members disclosed.

    aap muje union me lgane wale trucks ke rule Bta sakte h……..kya union me truck lagwane k liye koi charge to nhi lgta na and har chakkar pr aapki commission kitni hoti hai
