Sal Ghati Bhachhao sanghsarsh samiti blocked the road
Chamba: Today it was decided by the district administration to hear the grievances of the public of the gram panchyat Sillaghrat for the controversy on the Hul hydro project. Ashwani Kumar Choudhry Additional District Magistrate, Chamba alongwith Sub Divisional Magistrate Sandeep Negi and other officers marched from Chamba to the destination Sillaghrat.
But the members of the Salghatti Bachho Sanghrash Samiti blocked the road near village Jadera. Agitation was lead by ladies of the affected villages and even Rattan Chand Sharma who was badly beaten only a month ago participated in the protest.
