Shimla: H.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission claimed that in the 2nd fortnight of December, 2009, there has been institution of 105 fresh cases and disposal off 109 cases in the HP State Consumer Commission, Shimla.
A spokesperson said that the District Forums functioning in the State have registered 106 new consumer complaints and disposed off 127 cases during this period.
