Shimla: Two persons were killed on the spot and one seriously injured when the vehicle (Maruti Van) they were travelling lost control and went off the road at Roahana in Chopal area of Shimla district on Thursday morning.
The injured Pinku, (22) a resident of Chopal, was rescued from the vehicle (HR-68-6471) that rolled about 100 feet into the valley and has been brought for treatment to IGMC hospital in Shimla, a police spokesperson said.
The dead include Bansi Ram (28) and Rajender Singh (22). Both were resident of Chopal said the police.
Immediate cause of the accident could not be ascertained.
