Inferno affected 26 families of Manikaran, Himachal

Shimla: A devastating fire in Manikaran, Kullu, engulfed about seven houses, twenty-five shops, a police station and more affecting about twenty-six families of the town. The incident occurred last night.
Prabha Rau, Governor, and Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister, have expressed grief over the devastating fire, causing heavy losses to public and private property. Prof. Dhumal has directed the district administration Kullu to provide immediate relief to the affected families, besides taking effective measures for their rehabilitation.
